the fuel pump is reset when the ignition is turned on which activates the fuel pump relay to boot the pump. FORD MOTOR CO is the only domestic manufacturer that uses a rest switch(enercia)

Above is real, there are no longer any gasoline Reset Switches on any GM automobiles!!!!!! If it aint commencing, it potential gasoline pump is undesirable maximum possibly from a constrained gasoline clear out lots of the time or working it low on gasoline for all time

gm does not have a fuel cut off switch. if you want to see if you truck is not starting because of fuel, take some starter fluid and spray it into the air intake tube while someone turns it over. if it starts its fuel related. check ALL your fuses. but if you dont have fuel pressure its probably the fuel pump or regulator.
