One day I just discovered a little pin-like dot on my thumb but thought of it as nothing, so I went on with my day at school. When I came home, I discovered a tingling in my feet, but shrugged it off. The next day I found a bunch more all over my hands and toes. At first they didn't hurt but after a day it really started to hurt really badly. Now I can barely walk let alone run but my hands don't hurt as much as my feet do. These little bumps have just multiplied and doubled on my feet, but no where except my fingers only. I was just wondering if anyone had any clue to what it is or when it'll will ever go away or what. Is it eczema or just a heat rash since I live in California, or scabies. If anyone knows what kinds of cream or ointment or medicines to take, I would greatly appreciate it. I really hope they go away soon. They don't seem to be getting better at all, so I really hope someone out there has some clues to help me resolve this problem. Thanks.

it's not excema and i don't think it's scabies either. maybe contact dermatitis but, the tingling has me puzzled. you really should see the doc.you could try benadryl and a cortsone cream to see if it helps in the meantime.

Found a link
"go to the driugstore and get some 1% hydrocortisone cream and some Sarna lotion or Benadryl cream. Apply the hydrocortisone twice a day to all affected areas, and one of the other two as needed for itch as many times a day as you want."
"Also, make an appointment to show your rash to a dermatologist for definitive diagnosis and management"

This can sometimes be a part of puberty or a rash. If you are truly concerned see a doctor. Self research has a tendency to freak people out a little too much on account of misdiagnosis.

Here is the key to diagnoseing scabies...Are there red bunmps in the webs between your fingers? If there are, then you have scabies and need to see your GP ASAP. It will not be fun getting rid of them...but it is better to get it done now before it is bad.

1. Check it out with a dermatologist as soon as you can.

2. Sounds like a rash.
