to lose your body fat the most important thing to remember is to lessen your calorie intake and take a lot a dietary fiber in foods such as Whole grain bread, Oatmeal- cooked, 100% All Bran, Corn Flakes.....fruits that's high in fiber. Blackberries, Pear....anyways to help u more here are some ways to help lose ur body fat....

Watch your drinks. ...........
It's amazing how many extra calories can be lurking in the sodas, juices, and other drinks that you take in every day. Simply cutting out a couple of cans of soda or switching to diet soda can save you 360 calories or more each day. Drink lots of water or other sugar-free drinks to quench your thirst and stay away from sugary juices and sodas. Switching from whole to nonfat or low-fat milk is also a good idea.

Start small...........
Small changes are a lot easier to stick with than drastic ones. Try reducing the size of the portions you eat and giving up regular soda for a week. Once you have that down, start gradually introducing healthier foods and exercise into your life.

Stop eating when you're full. .........
Lots of people eat when they're bored, lonely, or stressed, or keep eating long after they're full out of habit. Try to pay attention as you eat and stop when you're full. Slowing down can help because it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to recognize how much is in your stomach. Avoid eating when you feel upset or bored — try to find something else to do instead (a walk around the block or a trip to the gym are good alternatives)

Eat less more often..........
Many people find that eating a couple of small snacks throughout the day helps them to make healthy choices at meals. Stick a couple of healthy snacks (carrot sticks, a low-fat granola bar, pretzels, or a piece of fruit)

Five a day keep the pounds away...........
Ditch the junk food and dig out the fruits and veggies! Five servings of fruits and veggies aren't just a good idea to help you lose weight — they'll help keep your heart and the rest of your body healthy. Other suggestions for eating well: replace white bread with whole wheat, trade your sugary sodas for lots of water and a few cups of low-fat milk, and make sure you eat a healthy breakfast. Having low-sugar, whole grain cereal and low-fat milk and a piece of fruit is a much better idea than inhaling a donut as you run to the bus stop or eating no breakfast at all! A registered dietitian can give you lots of other snack and menu ideas.

Avoid fad diets.........
It's never a good idea to trade meals for shakes or to give up a food group in the hope that you'll lose weight — we all need a variety of foods to stay healthy. Stay away from fad diets because you're still growing and need to make sure you get proper nutrients. Avoid diet pills (even the over-the-counter or herbal variety). They can be dangerous to your health; besides, there's no evidence that they help keep weight off over the long term.
..................these are really good tips coz this is the natural and healthy way to lose weight

When i was your age I tried the atkins diet. Well sort of I cut all of mycarbs out for about the first 3 days and after that I stuck to about 25 a day. I had regular doctors appointments to make sure I wasn't in any danger of high blood pressure because there is alot of fat in this diet. My doctor said he had never seen me in such good shape. I ended up losing about 30 lbs. I excersiced and stuck to my diet and in a little over a month I had gone down at least 2 sizes. SO look in to it. It worked for me.

to get permanent results you have to make permanent lifestyle changes - temporary changes will give you temporary results
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

maybe there's something wrong with your hormones or your eating habits. Have you check with a nutritionist? go see a doctor. I lost 10 pounds in 12 days already. i weigh 120lbs now and im looking to lose another 15lbs. this is what i do.

1. willpower
2. breakfast (1 egg with egg yolk, 1 egg without egg yolk, 1 cup of skim milk, 1 fruit (tomotoe, grapefruit, or guava)
lunch (slim beaf, chicken, fish, or pork (the size of your palm), 1 small plate of vegetable, and 1 fruit
snack 1 fruit
dinner (1 small box of tofu, 1 small plate of vegetable, 1 fruit)
3. 8 glasses of water
4. try to eat everything slowly cuz you want to train your stomach to grow smaller.
5. weigh yourself every morning. if you gained weight, eat less.
6. exercise 3 times a week. (cardio 30 mins)

Note: im asian so this works for me. diet plans are different for everybody. i still suggest you talk with a nutritionist. good luck

You didn't say how overweight you are. If you just seem to have a little extra fat, but your weight matches the normal weight for your height, then it may be what is called "baby fat" which is something that goes away eventually.

If you are more than 20 lbs overweight, you should try talking to a Dr., a school nurse, or another adult to see what assistance is available to you.

dude chill. there's a difference between needing and wanting. needing is like if you're 20 lbs overweight and your health is at risk. wanting if for your appearence. don't sweat it.

one girl i know looks like she weighs 100 lbs but she weighs 120. most people don't look like how they weigh, so if you've been exercising and dieting, you might look leaner and have some glow, but you might not have lost a pound. relax. you'll lose weight soon.

ps. try jump roping. do it everyday for 10 minutes and you could lose 10 lbs in a month. make sure you eat right too.

if u need more energy eat more veggies even if u hate them u dont have to starve urself bcuz u can eat as much healthy stuff as u want. i think ur body is use to the activities u already do so mix it up try playing tennis or hiking. and running is not suppose to be fun and easy the more u run the easier it'll get tho. try running in the pool i know it;ll look dumb but it'll help. also listen to music while u run and day dream or like pretend ur running from something or that ur running to something.

The best thing to do is eat healthy and excercice daily. If that just isn't working try decreasing your food intake, or get a membership at a gym.
