Piece of cake.
With the screen you want "in your face," press the PrnScr key. This will send a copy of the screen to the clipboard.
Go to a document, new or otherwise, and right-click - choose paste.
This copies the entire page complete with menus and toolbars. If you want the open window only, press Alt+PrnScr.

Press the Print Screen key. (It may say Prt Scn on it. It's often above the Insert or Home keys. This puts a copy of the screen on the clipboard.
Go into a program like Word and paste (Ctrl V). The copy of the screen will be pasted in as a picture. You can then print it (or make changes to it)
To get only the current window (not the whole screen), hold down Alt while pressing Print Screen.
If you want more control over all this, download a program like Screenrip (from http://www.progency.com/other.html)
