Your examples are the proof of karma being true. Especially in the case of Jesus. He was well aware of what was going to happen to him however that didn’t stop him from fulfilling his preordained cause. How could Jesus achieve his goal if not by Judas’s involvement to this?
It applies also for the good-doer priest, Martin Luther King and every other human being. Karma is neither good nor bad, is just karma. Hindus say that karma is directly related to a past live non-accomplished objective and the fulfilment of the purpose shaped by a free spirit entity before entering the life cycle on earth or any other planet to that effect. However karma is not private but a collective sequence of events consistent to each other in an unbreakable chain were one event couldn’t come to be without the entire chain being fully activated. In other words, one could say karma is the means of evolving to a higher level of consciousness after successfully completing the purpose of a life cycle.

Didn't martin luther king sleep with hookers? And jesus basically said that if you don't believe in god you're not going to be saved and you'll go to hell. Sounds like fairly good karma to me if there is such a thing.
Although I think Dr. King's stuff kind of outweighed the bad stuff, but still.

In my view, life is a lot fairer than you think. We do get away with a lot in life, when we do wrong, especially those times that we are not caught. On the other hand, we may be blamed or punished for stuff we haven't done and/or seemingly undeserved adversity comes our way.
Who is to say that we aren't getting punished for stuff we were never caught initially, and who is to say that we aren't being rewarded for good stuff we did that nobody has ever known about?

Having or creating good karma does not gaurentee a peaceful life or death. It just determines the next set of experiences in the next life.

Karma is about dealing with past life issues. All karma can be changed when the past life trauma is confronted.

Yes, I believe karma is true.
Take record of your actions and their intents...then take record of the consequence of those actions....
That is how you can document Karma.
