please, i dont want any bashers for this. as of late, i have decided myself 'overweight' when in reality i only weigh about 120. i've been depriving myself of food, become obsessive about calorie intake, become irritable, etc. I have a headache which might be because i've only eaten 320 calories today. i want to eat, and i know this is wrong, but i cant make myself. my mom just asked me if i wanted lunch, i told her no eventhough im lightheaded with hunger. someone help me please.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

EAT SOMETHING !!!!! keeping yourself away from food isn't good you can eat pretty much whatever u want in moderation( every once in a while/ in servings)starving yourself doesn't help your body i doesn't give the muscles in your body nutrients which makes you a painful potato especially with the head aches. hope i helped u out.

Tell your mom you have an eating disorder and get professional help for yourself.

Go make yourself a sandwich and eat it, it's not going to kill you.
