No caffiene five hours prior to bed, excersize in the day, but not close to bed time, in contrast to an above statement do not masterbate! In men it sexual release, releases a depressent to the brain, in women, not so much.

Exercise a lot during the day. Masturbation will usually leave one feeling tired. Well... in men at least, but I assume the same might be true for women.

Well cut back caffene intake and start a regular sleeping schedule if that doesn't work try nyquil.

try white noise ( a fan running) or chammomile tea before bed, exercise during the day to be more worn out at night....
