I think the best thing to do right now is drop it- if just for awhile. She's probably avoiding you because it's awkward. If you ask her out again, it'll just make her feel more uncomfortable. If you want to ask her again - after the metaphorical dust settles - that's fine. But honestly? I think you should just leave it, because no means no.

First thing that comes to mind..she is not interested in you..But if you want to get her just drop little suddle hints about how she looks tonight,then avoid her, just casually get eye contact with her with a smile.Maybe she just wants to play hard to get....
Love is a GAME..just play the game...if it don't work then you know you have tried your best.....

you're being too available maybe? girls don't like a guy pushing up on them all up on their *** all the time. it makes you appear desperate and annoying and also like a creepy stalker. they want a challenge. the more you ignore her and pretend she isn't there, the more she will want you and if that doesn't work, it's time to move on.
