i am very shy myself and i usually wont be very aggressive with a guy, but if i really like him i will at least try...but i usually wait until we're alone because i'm not comfortable doing that in front of a lot of people....but at least i try to make it apparent that i like a guy!!

Aggressively - no. But flirt and provide clues - absolutely. Even if they tried not to the body language would tell the whole story. Unfortunately most young guys have no clue about reading body language. That ability comes later in life for men and by that time no one is talking.

That's the thing about shy girls, we aren't aggressive. We're subtle. A lot of time the clues and flirting that we think are obvious slide right by everybody else, believe me.

No.... girls that are shy may be afraid you'll reject them. They decide it's easier to live without than to risk embarrassment.
I know because I was once quite a shy guy. If you like her, give her a few hints, maybe she will surprise you.

nicely that's the way my lady pal is.
