It's just going to be less sugar in your diet. It's not necessarily bad for you with sugar, but you probably don't need excess sugar. There's not going to be additional health benefits otherwise, either way...

absolutely. If you are a very active person, on your feet all day or an athlete, of course your body needs more sugar than other people do. If you eat healthily and don't have any added sugar in your diet, subsisting on fruit sugar instead of cane sugar, then you might consider using agave nectar (sold in health food stores) which has a better impact on your glycemic index than cane sugar... or you could consider blackstrap molasses, which will provide extra nutrients (like potassium!!!) or honey (antioxidants) You can always go with an artificial sweetener if you need the sweetness but can't (for whatever reason) afford the calories ;-) tea is LOADED with antioxidants, though, and is very good for you, plus the caffeine can help your body burn some extra calories while at rest.

Yes, sugar is not great for you. If you need sweet, try honey in your tea. It's healthy and also works as an anti biotic to help you stomach and intestines stay healthy. Just make sure your not allergic to it first.

anything with less sugar is healthier, however dont go using sweeteners they are even worse - any thing artificial screams of chemicals and they are a carcinogenic (cause cancer) and possibly liquefy the organs. gross.
