You can develop carpal tunnel, which is an inflamation in the wrist. It can be extremely painful. Alot of grocery store checkers develop it as well because of the sweeping motion scanning the barcodes. A few ways to ease the pain is to get an ergonomical keyboard or use braces for your wrists. Having proper posture and the keyboard/monitor at the correct height while working can help too. Last resort is to have surgery and that's not a 100% guaranteed, it can come back.

typing, frequent use of the hands in a continuous and repetative motion fashion can, over years, lead to carpal tunnel syndrome. It isn't uncommon among secrectaries, computer programmers and gamers. Proper positioning of the wrists minimizes the potential for developing carpal tunnel syndrome.

Well depending on the keyboard I guess. If it is a public one many germs are carried from person to person. Also you can develop tendonitis (begining stages of carpel tunnel) if you use the keyboard constantly. Hope I helped

Carpel tunnel is the only one I know you can get from a repeating motion like typing.
