No, it's not sold at Walmart. There are some imitations available, but they're not nearly as good.
Many shopping malls now have kiosks that sell Proactiv. You may want to call the information # of your local mall and ask.

As far as I know, Proactiv is only available through them. My daughter tried it, it was too strong for her skin and caused more breakout. She uses a product made by NaturMade now with great results.
