Large shrimp, scallops, kebabs, salmon, lamb, pork chops...

Maybe go with some beef or lamb kebabs, unless you prefer doing them as shrimp or scallop kebabs. To go with the meat, add any veggies or even fruit that might go - onions, peppers, pineapple, tomatoes, zucchini. A pretty straight-up flavor would be to baste with some light olive oil to which you've added crushed or powder garlic and/or onion. Or go wild from there - BBQ, steak sauce, or teriyaki or whatever.

Make shish kabobs!!
Marinate chunks of beef, chicken or pork in Italian dressing, them skewer alternately with onion pieces, yellow, red & green pepper chunks, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Easy, beautiful, and even healthy!!!

Some other alternative veggies are yellow squash and zucchini, small sections of corn on the cob, canned whole potatoes, and even steamed pea pods.

You can also do a turkey breast on the grill, using the "indirect" method----place coals around a pan of water, and cook the turkey above the water. Pork roast and good beef roasts work well this way, and so do cornish hens.

Try fish. I fillet a fish, than place it on a square of foil, add spices to your taste, I use a small amount of soy sauce, garlic pepper (never add salt to fish) or ginger. fold the foil closed and roll it down flush with the fish, place on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes. It comes out moist and tasty and leaves no mess to clean afterwords. Experiment with spices. it's a no lose kinda dish. Don't forget fresh veggies from ears of corn to broccoli wrapped in foil with butter, they come out great.

vegetables! Corn, Taters, Beans, Squash,
Then go with a good Fish, Mahi Mahi or something, Blackened Redfish is great, any blackened seafood is good.
But if spices arn;t the thing or cannot be used, a nice slow grilled Dolphin or Tuna is great.

Put some shrimp on skewers and grill. If you have a side burner you can place some steamer clams in a pot of water for a really nice seafood night!

If you like seafood you grill several things. A couple of my suggestions are salmon, halibut, trout, ahi tuna (cook med rare-rare), seasoned and skewered shrimp and scallops, or my personal favorite lobster claws and tails!!
