So, did you gain the 50 lbs in 5 months? Then why expect that it's reasonable to lose weight in such a short amount of time?
Cut out soda completely, no fast food, stop eating any greasy, fattening, or sweets. Don't drink coffee, don't smoke cigarettes either.
Exercise DAILY for at least 30 to 60 minutes. Change up your routine so you don't get bored.
Seriously, you should consider a more gradual approach though because you'll be more likely to keep the weight off. It doesn't do you any good at all to lose 50 lbs for a vacation (or something like that) if you're just going to gain 75 lbs back when it's all over.
Make lifestyle changes that you can actually live with. Most importantly, make sure you're making your health the #1 priority. Don't stress out your heart or other organs for an unrealistic goal like this. You body will thank you for taking it slowly.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

If you want to lose that much that fast, you'd better work with a personal trainer and go to a doctor every two weeks. Don't do anything stupid like using stimulants, eating fake food or getting surgery.
