It needs to film at a depth of around 100ft in fairly murky freshwater and able to be attached to a chain or rope from a boat. I can add lighting myself so this is not a major requirement. Sound is also not necessay. Any webistes that can help??

Amphibico makes housings for regular (non-underwater camcorders) priced at $1500 - $6000 depending on camera. If you are not diving with the camera, why do you want to use a camcorder?? you won't be able to start/stop the tape remotely.

It will be much easier to waterproof a video camera (web cam) and bring the picture up to the boat on a cable where you can record on a regular deck.
