My feet hurt every morning. It feels like thorns in my ankles, they feel stiff. They also swell every now and then. What could be causing this? I have large ankles.. could this have an effect on my foot pain?

hum, have you had any foot injuries in the past that could cause this? you may not be getting enough vitamins in your diet, perhaps go and see your doctor.

you may have arthritis. You always hurt the most in the morning with arthritis. See a doctor of rheumatology and get an examination for arthritis.

You can take Advil soft gel capsules, four times daily to remove the inflammation and stiffness. Be sure you take one dosage before bedtime.

Take a hot bath Every evening with 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts. Soak for 30 minutes. this should help with the inflammation and stiffness in the morning.
