Win XP is designed for single computer only. After installation, Microsoft will require you to register the XP copy to their site. Unknowing to you they also get other info about your computer such as motherboard, processor, etc. So if you try to register again the same serial with different specs, it will recognize as an unauthorized copy and will reject your 2nd registration.

1. Yes, if a legal version.

2. If Windows is an OEM version, No. If Windows is NOT an OEM version, yes, if you remove XP from the other PC.

3. You may have to call Microsoft to Activate, if Windows is NOT an OEM version.

OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer.

Yes & Yes.

U can reuse your copy / serial number as many times on teh same machine. However you can only have (1)One copy of it running.

IE: only 1 machine using your serial.

yes if u have the windows xp CD, you have unlimited installation. meaning u can install to as many computers as u want, but be careful on installing, you don't want too many partitions on your computer.
