Well since neither exist then no.
But if we are going on a hypothetical then God because only God did bad things. The devil only wanted to enlighten people before God brought down his unjustified wreathe on them.

Well, the Bible brags about God drowning, torturing, and slaughtering millions, arranging for his own son to be beaten and killed, and commanding his followers to hurt and kill others. Why would the devil be so proud of all that?

Apparently you have never read the Bible.Satan is called a liar, death, snake, serpent, dragon, evil one(etc),not to mention the fact that the Bible states that Satan will be destroyed in the end.Why would Satan paint such a grim picture of himself if he was the author? And dont you think he would try to discredit Jesus and His death on the cross?Jesus defeated the curse of sin and foiled Satans plans by rising again.

I don't know if Satan exists, but the Old Testament seems to be full of evil. It definitely could not be of God. The New Testament is better though except for Paul's sexist rants.

That sounds like the unpardonable sin that Jesus spoke of. Be careful about what you say about Bible or the Word and what you teach others.
