the old standby was a cold spoon over the mark, but face makeup will hide it. As for really getting rid of it, it is actually burst blood vessels and they need time to heal and the blod must be re absorbed by the body. Best answer, don't get em where they show.

Use the cap of a tube of lipstick. Rub it in a circular motion on and it will help spread out the blood. You'll still need to dab a little foundation on it, but it will be much lighter and disappear sooner.

rub them with a lip stick top to loosens up the blood. It will look red at first but the the blood will separate
