I Really like this guy from my gym we only have eye contact but im really scared to talk to him . but we both always near or far where ever we are we look at each other and im too scared to talk to him even to smile at him errrrrrrrrr i hate myself last time i saw him he smiled when he saw me but i dint n i regret =(( but im not good at relationships . i always end up hurting myself but i really like him .. what should i do ? its not that im ugly or insecured its just that im a girl and i think that boys should make the first move . and other thing what if i get rejected ! ? i dont know whats going throw his mind ... How will i know if he likes me ? or does he like me ? Well heres my story please reply Kindly .

You ARE insecure, or you would smile. You also sound shy. (Which is what insecurity is, I think.) How can he truly 'like' you if you don't give him a chance to know you. Stop over-thinking the entire process. It all starts with a smile...try giving him one. So far, you are only showing him you aren't interested. Next time you go to the gym, don't put any pressure on yourself to make a move. Just force yourself to smile at EVERYONE that day, and it will come a lot easier when he looks at you.

Hmm...if you really want to move things along, you'll have to see if you'll actually get along with him since all you're doing right now is looking at each other. For all you know, he could be a terrible person or have nothing in common with you at all.
But next time you're in the gym, you can always casually ask him for something or for help, and if things spark, you can always suggest a drink after a heavy workout session to cool things down and get to know one another.
There's nothing wrong with girls making the first move! It's a new age! And if you do get rejected, then you can just move on with life and meet other guys.
