I've been to the doctor's and they diagnosed me for strep throat. I've been told by friends that it isn't good to eat diary products when you have a sore throat because you could get another infection..Is this true?

Quite untrue. However, your friends may be confused, since some of the older meds for a strep infection indicated that they should not be taken with dairy products because dairy reduced the efficacy of the antibiotic.

Lemons and honey may well be soothing on your throat. i do no longer see why peaches or plums may well be undesirable. i think of fruit is the final ingredient to consume once you're ill. it incredibly is person-friendly to digest and packs allot of food water and fiber. get properly quickly.
