I haven't tried it but I learned a long time ago that these "natural" diet aids just take your money and laugh all the way to the bank because they are getting rich but the user isn't getting thinner. This appears to be another of the same; please read the link below:

Always have a healthy skepticism regarding "natural" weight loss products. These "natural" products can make any claim they want without any proof. If they went through the FDA for approval (like medications do), they would have to back up their claims...this is why the companies choose to keep their item classified as "natural". They can then sell their products without proving that they work.
