I'm trying to figure out how many weeks am i?

If my last peroid was on the 28th of Feb. But the baby was concieve on the 13th of March, wont I be about 12 til 14 weeks?

You are considered 14 weeks and 4 days.

Its not from conception, its from LMP, or the first day of your last period. That is week 1. Technically you're 4 weeks pregnant when you miss your period and realize somethings amiss, even though in most cases you ovulated 14 days earlier.
