I already excercise! I go on the treadmill half an hour a day since 2 weeks ago. These results are making me depressed!

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

The best diet I've ever heard of is called the "white diet." A good friend used it and lost huge amounts of weight. The other key has to be excercise. Also, realize it takes longer than two weeks to do anything, more like 6-8. Guys try working out sometimes for a week or two and then wonder why nothing's happening...your body just doesn't change that fast...you gotta give it more time and commitment.

The white diet means that you don't eat any white foods, most of them are empty calories...this means white rice, white flour, white sugar, potatoes, and milk. Try to avoid things that contain these things as much as possible. Instead of having cereal with milk in the morning, make it oatmeal and fruit instead. Instead of a soda, have a fruit juice or water. Instead of potatoes and rice, which are just empty calories that tire your body out, eat brown rice, edamame soybeans, or fresh or steamed vegetables.

The great thing about this diet is you can still have fat and flavor, just try to reduce those as well. If you normally put two pats of butter on toast, try instead on pat and a light spread of all-fruit jam. The hardest part is finding foods that don't contain white flour and white sugar. Almost everything that we eat nowadays have these things in them.

Try to eat whole grain bread or rye if you like it...try brown rice with a little butter and soy sauce. Salads are great, go light on the dressing and load them up with fruits and veggies. Tomatoes are also good for weight loss and cholestoral, they contain lycopene, which helps break up fat. If your parents will let you, have a glass of red wine every once in a while too. Oatmeal is great, and eat chicken and fish only, just have beef maybe once every two weeks in the form of a burger on whole wheat bun or a small steak with a side of carrots and peas.

Most of all, exercise. If you're not exercising at all, start with walking or swimming, then try adding running and weights. If you're doing light exercise, try something more vigorous. If you're not exercising, you're not gonna lose weight.

Also, give it more time. I know it can be frustrating, and take a long time. It took me over a year and a half just to gain 10 lbs. a few summers ago. Losing weight is usually easier, but you already don't sound that big, so just do what you can and be happy with it. If you're not happy with it, then there's more you can do, exercise more, or eat better.

Good luck!

30 pounds in just 3 months won't be too effective... you'll just gain it all back. the best way to lose weight is slowly over time. It's not just a "lose the weight, and go back to your original lifestyle" kinda thing... this is LIFE LONG. To lose weight, and KEEP it off, you need to eat healthy and have a regular excercise routine.
I lost almost 100 pounds on a strict atkins diet, cardio everyday, and weight/resistance training 3 days a week. This took about a year. (unfortunately i didn't take my own advice... i got married and had a baby. lol )

Build muscle - it burns fat as it sits on your frame. nice

Cut out white flour, all refined sugar including corn syup - look at lables, no rice or potato starches ALL turns to suger - thus fat quickly.

then eat spinich- very high in good carbs and take your vitamins. Eat protien like eggs and chicken and fish.

Eat LOTS of vegatables

Have 7 small meals a day to stop your body from going into "storage " mode.

Then you will sustain your wieght loss.

Also find an activity like soccar that will allow you to workout without realizing it and you will have fun.

Good luck.

Fat shedding can be very difficult as it has the tendency to come back with vengence. So loosing fat should never be the goal............keeping it away should always be the goal.
