If a soap is antibiotic, it will say so on the front of the bottle.... there are a lot of brands that have antibacterial versions of their soaps now, so it's pretty easy to find. Good luck!

Dettol, Lifebuoy, Neem (Margosa) soaps are antibiotic. Or rub with dettol and or Savlon (diluted) and then take bath with a normal soap.
