Shuttle 10-15%, Sedan/limo 15-20% of total bill and if service is super a few more bucks. This is assuming the tip is not included in the price.

20%, distance doesn't matter. the financial cost to the car service will always be greater than the "time" cost. so pay according to the financial cost. 20% is pretty decent.
