Soak in the tub in very warm water for 20 or more minutes and add hot water to keep it warm so the moist heat will relax your muscles.
Then while the muscles are warm from the bath, lie in bed and do leg lifts and gentle rolls/partial situps to work the back muscles to stretch some of the soreness out of them.
Also, while lying on the bed, bend one leg up to your chest and gently grasp the knee with your hands and pull yourself up a little ~ that will help pull the back muscles and strengthen them and will also pull some on the buttock muscles.
Then lie flat with your legs out and slowly pull your leg up until your toes point to the ceiling. Grasp the back of your leg with your hands and pull your leg towards you but keep your torso flat on the bed. That will pull the hamstring muscles.
When you've done several of those at least twice a day, stand by your bed and lean your upper body on the mattress supporting your upper body with your arms flat on the bed. That will really pull the hamstring muscles. Don't try to go too fast or you could injure the muscles or make things worse.
When I had polio, they always put us in the whirlpool for about 20 minutes and let the warm water work into our muscles before they exercised us, just so we wouldn't damage any of the good muscles that hadn't atrophied from the polio. Warming up before exercise is so important so you don't end up with permanent muscle or tendon tears or damage.
Good luck ~ hope the pain goes away and you can start laughing again :) :)

Just rest for a few days. It might be that you worked your muscles too hard and possibly pulled a muscle. Just let your leg relax for a few days and it should heal.
And here's something to think about: Do you exercise on this bicycling machine everyday? If you do, you're working your muscles too hard. You should let your muscles rest for a day after exercising, so when you do workout again, your muscles will come back even stronger.
Get well soon! =)

For limbs:
If it is a sprain, then ice it down, and keep it elevated. Take some aspirin to keep blood clots from happening. If it gets worse, get to the doctor, as a blood clot can be deadly.
If it is in the tail bone, then take a pain reliever, and rest. You should be better in a couple of days.

Keep a soft pillow handy for when you have to sit down. Stay off the bike for a few days and readjust the seat before you use it again.

Take some ibuprofen or Tylenol. Sit on a pillow when you have to sit. Soak in a tub of warm water. You should feel better in a day or two.

You probably irritated your tail bone and surrounding muscles/tissues.
Don't sit...lie down, take Ibuprofen (Motrin/Advil) as it has anti-inflammatory agents in it and sit on soft surfaces, maybe even one of those air "donuts" if you have one...it should be better in a few days. I would say ice it but it's one of those areas that you're probably better off not doing that! :~)
