"Please," " Thank you," " May I," and "Excuse me" are phrases said in my home on a daily basis. I'm trying to teach my children to be polite.

I Thanked some friends for being the Special and Beautiful people that they Are.*

Last night. I had several emergencies at work all happening at once & was having to prioritize. A trainee asked if she could help me? I was grateful not only for her help, but for the good job she did. I let her know that I was grateful. I also said it in front of the other co-workers...as I'm working on being more encouraging.

I say it all the time. The last time was last night when I was leaving work and a woman opened the door for me.

I probably haven't said "thank you" for quite a while. I usually go with either "thanks" or "cheers". I use "cheers" in particular when I'm thanking someone who did something to help me, but not for the sake of helping me. Like a shopkeeper of a bus driver who might help me because they're paid to.

I haven't even had any human contact since Friday...so that was the last time.
