Shrub may have talent, but he needs to settle down on the track & watch his mouth in front of the cameras.
He's been a steady source of embarrassment for Hendrick so far this year. I cite examples:
1. Trash talking the COT after he won a race in it.
2. Leaving Texas while they were trying to get his car fixed.
3. Mixing it up with everyone on the track.

If Hendrick really does pick up Junior (the official announcement is Wednesday at 11:00 ET) Shrub is history.

I doubt it. Hendrick is full and keeping his drivers.
Besides Hendrick isn't the talk of Dale Jr possibility in the media. It seems to be a debate between Ginn and Gibbs.

However Jeff Burton says it's likely that RCR is going to have a 4th driver in 2008, but he's not saying whether its defiantly true, or if it's Dale Jr. or some other driver. Everybody just has to wait and see.

Kyle Busch is under contract with Hendrick motorsports through 2008. Hendrick is currently under talks with Kyle to extend the contract. Hendrick has indicated that although he is good friends with Dale Jr. he is happy with the teams he has now and is not willing to change.

Never. That would be ludacris. Kyle Busch is one of the BEST young talents out there, week in, and week out. It would literally rock my head if Hendrick is even considering dropping a future Champion like Kyle Busch. Dale Jr is great in his own mind, and I'm sure he could jump in that car and be successful in a short period of time.. But Kyle has a long future of racing ahead of him, and I think he will have a brighter future than Dale Jr would have.

And on the 4th RCR team... I don't know whats going to happen.. But I'm hoping that it's NOT Dale Jr, and they move up Scott Wimmer from the BUSCH series. He is truely talented, and is proving it! He would do good in the CUP series, in a RCR car, NO DOUBT.

Hendrick is a winning team and i dont think Jr. belongs there. He need to go to RCR or Gibbs.

No, Kyle has some behavioral problems and a little rough around the edges but he is a talented driver.

I hope Jr will go to RCR and team with the best of all worlds, a talented dirty driver, an old school gentleman and another rough diamond who isn't in the habit of wrecking teammates.

Mark Martin has too plenty type to attempt to win that way. that's a Shrub trick. Kyle is wild and reckless. yet another responder made the remark approximately Mikey being parked and Kyle not. Mikey isn't in the ideal 12 and Rowdy is. for this reason they did not park or nice him. they only try this to the adult adult males decrease on the scores
