I suppose it is. I would rather just take my multivitamin, and drink water. LOL

Of course not. The only people who buy the stuff are people who don't need and can't use the vitamins. For all intents and purposes, it's flavored sugar water, with the added possibility of some fool overdoing it and getting one of the minor toxicities possible with vitamin overdoses, though they're not common with the water-soluble vitamins.

Water is fantastic, one of the best things for your body.
However vitamin enhanced water has the vitamins but also has many artifical flavours,sugars and sweetners in. It is best to get vitamins from your diet but if not then a multi-vitamin tablet is a good choice.

Best to stick to normal pure water. Vitamins should come from food.
