My 2006 Ford Focus Zx4's stereo has an auxillary input button on the head unit. But I cant seem to find the input jack. Is there a input jack behind the head unit? Or any where in the car? If not is it possible to play my ipod threw the car with out a cassett adapter or FM transmittor.

I have this car as well. I have looked but have yet to find an auxillary jack. I do know that a FM transmitter does work however. I got one from Best Buy for about $80.

YES THERE IS A WAY TO ADD AUX to your radio you need the plug that is why you have the AUX button

ok well there is 2 ways this will work 1.there is a red and white (left and right) RCA jack on the back of your head unit(stereo) or 2.there is a stereo jack(similar or same as to headphones) on the front and a fm transmitter will work fin if u intend to use an ipod ---happy wireing---

There is no external jack. The "jack" is an internal connection, in case you want to install an auxillary system, like a trunk mounted cd changer, for instance. The installer has to pull out your system & has a 'place' to connect.
