Its pretty much impossible for you to loose so much weight in such a short time. The only way you could do it would be to fast (and that isnt a good idea) you would put he weight back on plus some more straight after you came off it.
Realisticly you could loose 2/3lb a week. Over three weeks thats 7-9lb.
You need to cut out all high fat and high carb foods. Eat fruit instead of chocolate and other sweet things. Eat smaller meals. If you need to snack, again, choose an apple or a salad.
Try exercising for at least 30 minutes a day. Go for a run or go to the gym.

Recently I came across a diet called the cookie diet. Mt neighbor was using it, so I went over there and checked it out. I liked what I saw and ordered some the next day. So far I have lost 15 pounds and will continue using this product. you eat 6 large cookies a day and then have fish or chicken for dinner. It really works, and without all that caffeine and junk. find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Well you should have thought this earlier I guess...Or ask us earlier...
You can't just lose a stone in a week.
What you can do is crash diet.Don't eat junk food,take very very little rice and take alot of vegetables.
Do watch your portion.Drink alot of water to keep you hydrated.Do small walks around your house to burn more calories.
If you could still go on without fainting try running.

Oh and also if you feel hungry eat fruits!

My mom cut back on calories based on something she read on a Denise Austen website. She also does Denise's workout tapes. She's lost 20 pounds in a month and a half.
Gastric bypass surgery is good too.

I diet and do the same thing nothing helps. for short periods cabbage diet works
