if it is a ZX4 SE, then there is no jack. its a generic button put in place for factory upgrades.

There is no external jack.
The "jack" is an internal connection, in case you want to install an auxillary system, like a trunk mounted cd changer, for instance.
The installer has to pull out your system & has a 'place' to connect.

If you wanted to add a Aux jack for that radio you can get an Isimple interface for your car, where you can get a jack to plug in an MP3 player, etc.
