I just found out that he's a child molester. He was molesting my niece (his child) & then blaming it on me & thought it was funny & my twin sister believed him over me. Now the truth came out, & she feels bad. I lost a lot of friends over this false scandal.
He went to jail for molesting a child & he got out & won the case in court, even though he lied.
He even molested my other nieces & it's being shown in school that they pull their pants down & their behavior has changed & they seem traumatized. He'll molest the kids & then feel bad about it & try to kill them so they won't tell.
& my twin sister said that he raped her when she was 17 & he was 22. This was the day after she got raped by a 40-yr. old man. She suffers PTSD & is very traumatized. She has 3 kids for this dude, & during her 3rd pregnancy in her 9th month, he raped her again. Why would you marry a guy who raped you? She JUST told me this yesterday, & now we're 23.
I'm about to cry.

That is just awful. He has some sort of power over your sister. She has enough to get a restraining order against him even if he won the court case. She can also get Child Protective Services involved to protect the children.
No, of course, I would not marry someone who raped me. Your sister must have had a false sense of love for him.
The whole thing is sickening. No wonder you feel like crying.

What is mentally wrong with your sister? Your sister needs help and your nieces do to. Your brother in-law needs to be in jail. He likes to be in control because he's a wimp and the only people he can control are kids and your sister, this is why he's a child molester.

We all know what is wrong with your brother-in-law, based on what was said in your question. The real question is what is wrong with your sister? No one can treat you bad unless you allow them. As soon as your sister got raped the first time, she should have left him for good. Now getting rid of this man is nearly impossible because of the 3 kids that they share together. I feel for you, you sister and nieces. You need to remove this man away from the children first and foremost. I think your sister needs counseling and you or a family member needs to take custody of the children. What is currently happening is a sick and scary thing for you and your family. THIS MONSTER IS RUINING YOUR FAMILY. MOVE AWAY DISTANCE YOURSELF FROM HIM. I don't know what else to say but I'll keep you and your family in my prayers. You should pray for this situation also because only God can move mountains in a situation like this.

I think he's mentally ill.
Nobody in his right mind can do that to his children. Why won't you talk? Why won't you tell the authorities? The children,please do take care of the children. Maybe you should bring them to an institution which can remove their trauma..

Abuse is confusing and traumatic for all involved. Make sure that you get the victims professional help and then perpetrators behind bars. That will help you as well.

You need to take all this information, and your Sister to the police and tell them everything. If your Sister makes a report about him then hopefully they can put this sick, twisted loser behind bars. It sounds as if he will never stop this illegal behavior and that your nieces and nephews are in real danger. Please do all that you can to put this guy away. Your sister has to cooperate and tell the police about the rapes. Also tell them about your nieces school behavior. Please, please. please. He will do this again and again. He is sick and needs to be put in jail, good luck.
