i'd say it would have to be a muslim country just because of their religion. some may call it barbaric...others may call it tradition...but still women have very few rights in those countries...many aren't allowed to choose their clothing styles...get a job...vote...own anything...many can't even leave their husbands w/o being branded as a "whore" or being killed....stoning of women is still relatively popular.....
i'd say your list is pretty accurate...my guess would be iran or saudi arabia would be the worst...but even in the southern asian islands it can be pretty bad....don't forget pakistan and india (i've read books especially biographies of south asian women which is i think by shamita das gupta)

The Middle East is the most stringent for women. Women traveling without a man cannot even shop alone in some of the countries, but Israel has complete equality for women. All Western European countries, Canada, and Mexico are very "female friendly," that is, they don't discriminate against women tourists.

i only can speak from my experience, and i found out they have different things you look for.
i went to Tibet, Japan, Korea, Vietname, Tai Wan, Philpinnes, Thailand, Egypt, South Africa, USA, Canada, Australia, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Holland, Belgium, and so on. and i am from Hong Kong and studeid in USA and Australia.
Most friendly - Egypt. it was out of my expected to be that good and friendly. can you imagaine you can pick up any children and play with them, and give them candy and their parents wont' be afriad you to hurt or do anythign bad to their child. they are veyr lovely and friendly. i was misleading from the mass media. you are very safe in everywhere in Egypt.
no so-friendly - USA. when you are in New York, nobody cares about you, because everybody is busy. i don't mean they are rude, but they are just no time for nobody. you hardly can learn and friendship hardly last in New York. it is just American style. if you don't like people to be nosiy about your life too much, it surly is the place to go, and you find the most gorgeous people, most exciting and crazy party, and wonderful things to buy in New York.

I live in Europe and I'm from the US .. I've never had a problem being a female here. To be honest its helped because guys especially are willing to help.

All the middle east countries would be least female friendly just because they keep their women wrapped up from head to toe.
I would think most of continental Europe would be just fine.
