me and my girlfriend are in love we been dating about 3yrs now and i feel in my heart that i'm going to marry her. her whole family love me but we only 18. should i buy her a engagment ring or a promise ring

promise ring...18 is a little bit young...give yourselves a little bit more time...dont worry if she's really the right one for you you dont have to worry about waiting a little bit because she'll still be there in the end

PROMISE RING.... thats the best thing, bc u seriously have only begun to live life... and take it from someone that knows... young marriages very rarely work out these day n ages...

a promise rings it the first step
then the engagement ring
then the wedding band...

its in MY OPINION.. the best route to take

You should buy her an engagement ring...you've both invested three years in this relationship and you already know that you want to marry her. Even though she has an engagement ring, you can still take your time actually getting married. A lot of couples have long engagements.

unless you know exactly how she feels about marriage, go for the promise ring. and it may seem corny, but when the time does come, ask her father's permission.
