For the fleas dawn dish soap (in a pinch)
A capstar tablet will kill every flea on them but only works for 24 hours, then the effectiveness wears off and the animal will begin picking up more fleas.
You will need to thoroughly clean the environment to get any fleas and eggs that have dropped off. Vacuum, esp down in crevices in furniture, flea bomb. wash the bedding and dry in the dryer. Frontline can be used on pets 8 weeks and up; wait 3 days after bathing then apply it. Keep your son from petting her for 2-3 days after you put it on.
You need to get a handle on this quickly or your son will be getting flea-bitten as well.
As far as the paper training goes, it's like any other housebreaking except you are training her to go IN the house, in her designated area.
I recommend crate training in conjunction with housebreaking:

Front Line is the safest anti-flea product out there, it's non-toxic, has no adverse effect on humans, and targets fleas and tics ONLY. She's a bit young for a flea dip.
Why do you want her to go on paper? Because of the fleas? If so, the minute she wakes up, and every half hour while awake, or every time you see her circling and sniffing, put her on the paper, don't let her off until she does something, then instantly reward her with something tasty, small, like a tiny piece of cooked hamburger. If you have an enclosed small area that you can line with paper, that would be great, you wouldn't have to keep placing her back on the paper that way.
But as soon as those fleas are gone, get her to go outside, paper training only teaches a pup that it's ok to go inside.

Can't help with the training, but I can with the fleas.

Go to the vet - you will get a treatment that is both effective and safe. Frontline spray is quite safe for young dogs, from 2 days of age. As long as your son doesn't lick the dog or stroke the dog when treated and then suck his hands he'll be fine - even if he did ingest some, Frontline is pretty harmless.

Please don't start bathing your pup in dish soap or any of the other silly remedies people always suggest on here, just go to your vet. You don't have to take the dog, just pop in.

there isn't probable any commercial product it incredibly is risk-free for doggies below 12 weeks. you may take him into the vet and enable them to do a flea scientific care (maximum probable a dip not an oral) and that they are able to show screen for any unfavourable signs and indications. meanwhile, you ought to use a flea ridding carpet purifier and get benefit to your cats. That way, any fleas the cats inadvertently usher in, will die whilst they chew the cat, whether they get into your carpet or onto your puppy. basically be confident to stay far flung from flea collars on all your animals. they actually do extra harm than sturdy.

First off, stop asking the same question over and over again. And second if you just got you puppy then you need much, much more patience. Puppies take time to be pottied trained and it depends what breed the dog is. You also have to notice the puppy's behavior and what happend when she needs to go. For instance I have a golden-doodle. Both breeds are in the top 5 smartest dogs list. So she learned to be potty-trained very quickly. Other breeds, more stubborn will lear slower. try to figure exactly how long after she eats and drinks will she go so you can determine when to move her to where you want her to go. Also why not try getting her to go outside? It was much easier for me. Good luck!!
