my ex was seeing me and had met someone else. He dumped me when the other girl found out about me, i was devstated and have not spoken to him since (i thought it was the best way to get over what had happened). he always did say that we would keep in touch, but i didn´t take any notice. recently i was drunk, on a night out and i text him to say hi and then said that i shouldn´t have cos he is on the forbidden list. A week later he texts and says that he is my area, he hoped that i was well, and that if i fancied a chat, he would meet me.

I couldn´t meet him cos of other plans, and i haven´t heard from him since - is he confused, does he want a friendly chat, sex..........? (don´t know if he still with the other girl, she was devastated when she found out he was seeing me, I didn´t know about her, so he really played us both)

Any helpful thoughts would be apppreciated.

sounds like he might miss you a little bit but not enough to actually commit to you. from personal experience in this type of "text flirting" i would leave him alone especially since he played you previously. go find another guy and make him jealous as hell.

When a guy is really interested, he can't get enough of you and will find any excuse to talk to you or see you. If he dumped you before, he'll do it again. I know it hurts (a lot!), but it is often the truth. (And believe me, you don't want this to happen after you're married with kids.) You deserve to find someone that adores you and wants to be with you. Best advice I ever got: A person either loves you or he doesn't: there's no in-between. If there are mixed signals, or if you're confused by someone else's actions, do nothing. Re-gain your composure and demand to be treated like the wonderful person you are.

i think that you have just opened up a can of worms by texting him, he was prolly not even thinking about you tlil then, but now he's back on the scene.....if i was you i would not contact him again...try to be sensible when your drunk next time....he may just want to hav sex with you hun...and i don't think you'd really like to be used just for that would you? best staying away from him....delete his number from your phone and move on....hmmm he's a player hun...he was cheating on his girl...and you for that matter....he could be doing this again with someone else, so i would steer clear

Sorry to say this but this guy is after some quick sex! If he really wanted to see you he'd move heaven and earth, and he'd make sure you know he's thinking of you! Also i'm not saying he does'nt mean well but he seems a bit suspicious to me. Your ex is a cheat and player and if you give him the chance he's gonna break your heart again. Please move on. x x

you are jumping the gun.
if he's in the area, he just probably just wants to chat that's all.from what you have "said" he's not sending mixed signals, you are reading too much into nothing.

ps..if he's on the forbidden list, what's his number doing in your phone?
please dont use being drunk as an excuse

do no longer provide him intercourse - ever returned and notice how he acts maximum possibly he begs it style you and gets it or no longer yet then gets it from yet another woman so now no longer desires you for intercourse He sound like a participant - undesirable information
