I think you are correct, this is part of the Universal Laws, that claims that Energies can achieved Changes, but, can never die". as well that "Matter can achieved Changes but it can never be destroy. One of the purposes of life, in the material world, is for the inert self, the living energy, to experience the Physical Body, that although at best only a material Body, we can perfect it, through, the use of our own gift of intelligence, and through the proper use, of our Brains, (Brain Matter), to acquired, knowledge and experiences, our own spiritual being, can evaluate as good for our own Humanity, as well good for his own experience.

No.
In a closed system everything has to go to a less organised state.
Unless there is an external energy source to provide a counter to the natural decay, all the energy in your body will eventually end up as heat.
The second law of thermodynamics says that eternal life is impossible, because you would need an infinite energy source to maintain it. You would also need an infinite energy sink to get rid of the lost energy, or you would end up at an infinite temperature.
When you die you are gone. Get used to the idea.

It doesn't need to.
This is more easily understandable if one considers the actual scale of the components of an atom. If one takes into account the fact that the neutrons, protons and electrons of an atom actually have huge spaces between them it becomes clear that the atoms that make up seemingly solid objects are made up of 99+ percent empty space.
This alone does not seem too important till you add the idea that the atoms that make up seemingly solid objects are more of a loose conglomeration that share a similar attraction but never really touch each other.
At first glance this does not really seem relevant, but closer analysis reveals that this adds a tremendous amount of empty space to solid objects that are already made up of atoms that are 99 percent space. When so-called solid objects are seen in this light it becomes apparent that they can in no way be the seemingly solid objects they appear to be.
We ourselves are not exceptions to this phenomenon.
These seemingly solid objects are more like ghostly images that we interpret as solid objects based on our perceptual conclusions.
From this we must conclude that Perception is some sort of a trick that helps us to take these ghostly images and turn them into a world we can associate and interact with. This clever device seems to be a creation of our intellect that enables us to interact with each other in what appears to be a three dimensional reality.
I hope that helps to answered your question.

When we die, we decompose. The matter/energy that made us up is absorbed into the earth. The soil is enriched, plants grow. Then animals eat the plants, die, decompose, enrich the soil ect. You know, the circle of life.
You didn't study, did you?

I think your logic is logical as far as it goes, but do you realize that your logic could just as easily be used to argue for reincarnation?

leave of the part about heaven. you send out energy all the time and it comes back too. you are really just a part of everything else. so when your body dies, its not the end of you.
