Space shuttle program is a DISASTER. It can't get beyond low orbit, it is over 25 years old, it's killed 14 people, and it doesn't even do any real science. We would have done a lot better if we had kept the Saturn V. You can see that in the design of the new ARES rocket and the ORION.

Everything NASA said about how great it would be turned out to be a lie. It is NOT cheap, it does NOT fly regulary, (NASA once talked of it flying on a weekly basis) it has NOT lowered the cost per pound into orbit, it is NOT safe, it can NOT keep to a schedule, it has NOT created any great science, it has NO military application, we are NOT learning to live and work in space, (since, except for a larger payload/crew it can't do anything a Gemini capsule couldn't) ,we have NOT built SPS or Obital habitats, we have not build L5 colonies, it has NOT served as a way to get us back to the Moon or on to Mars; and they don't even use it to deploy satilites or launch probes anymore (too dangerious).

So I would have to say the Jesus ascending one is correct.

I'm Inclined to Agree With Larry R for the Most Part, As one Who Worked In the Shuttle Program, I Realized Long Ago, that we Even Have a Shuttle Program, is Because the Military Wanted it, Perhaps as a Proposed Heavy Launch Vehicle, but as Far as Colossal Wastes of Monies Go, At Least there is Something to Show for it.

pondered, I'm a bit stumped, perhaps because I have given the shuttle and Jesus ascending more consideration, I've got to go with the cow (must be something I don't know yet)

Jesus 'ascension is very real ,but if we have merely a 5yr olds' view of its meaning then when we grow older we will snear at it because our faith understanding has not grown and matured. Perhaps,we also have other"issues" that need to be addressed.
The Space Shuttle is very real on another level. The Cow jumps over the moon was aimage that was intended to be amusing,if you recall the poem.

There are two correct answers here. Jesus did ascend to be with His Father in heaven, and space shuttles do exist.

Did you forget already? Jesus is real--Even Science says a cow can't jump that high--and I thought you were logical--wow

If you don't believe at all why should you waste your time? You know that offending a believer will only strengthen their conviction. Maybe you are searching for something.
