Humans have supposedly been around for over 100,000 years, yet antibiotics which have saved millions have not been around that long. Think of all the children that could have been saved.

Why is this? Why didn't he inspire someone to come up with it sooner?

God had nothing to do with it. Until recently, we did not have the machines, the knowledge, the intelligence, or the materials to make such sophisticated items as antibiotics. No matter what, there will always be a time before something, no matter how long that time may be.

well antibiotics weren't really invented. They were discovered. As the human race has moved away from the primitive and toward science and technology the allowance for discovery becomes bigger through sophisticated machinery. The reason antibiotics work is because they work on the cellular level. Anything that tiny would never have been found without the advanced equipment. So even if someone had thought about it, there would have been no way to do the research in earlier times.

He allows humanity to go at it's own pace so that we can discover and learn about God.

There are probably other things in the future that will do even more good that have not happened or been invented yet.

You could say...why not fast forward to the end so that we can all be saved, or why let man sin at all...he could have just gathered everyone up to heaven and destroyed the earth.

We don't know the answers to all those things. We are not God and our minds are not capable of comprehending all that he sees and knows. You just have to trust and have faith in him.

Why didn't he just decide everything for us and say we had no free choice? Think of all the hurt and pain that would have saved, it could have been like little puppets or dolls in his own whole worldwide dolls house! Why did that not happen?
I'm not even going to pretedn to know but in honesty I'd rather have freedom of choice and antibiotics a few years later than not have lived at all or had all my choices made for me. but its a personal thing.

Because nature has natural remedies as good as or better. and If the populations would live according to GOD's way the deseases of the last 2 centuries would not happen. If you want an example, the israelites lived in the desert for 40 years.they did not have any major desease outbreak. they did not have any bad plagues. they did not even have bad water. why? because GOD looked after them and provided for them. HE even provided a way to be healed of leprosy, which we know today is a lack of cleanliness.

Antibiotics were invented by scientists, nothing to do with this imaginary thing called god.

I would suggest that science took time to evolve to such a development, but christians are so against evolution that they can only believe that god hid this knowledge until she had enough fun watching humans do without it.
