I was appalled...
They have shut down the camp, the owners of the property refused to rent to that woman after they saw the documentary...
What I will always remember was a little four year old girl.. crying and scared... I didn't cry, I got really mad.... I have daughters....

I stopped watching after 30 minutes or so. Couldn't handle watching it anymore. I was too shocked and disgusted.
I didn't cry, because I'm far too macho for that. Machos like me only cry at movies like 50 First Dates, Love Story, While you were sleeping, and about 350 other sappy romantic movies.
But Jesus Camp? Bleah. One of the most disgusting things I've seen.

My hubby and I shuddered involuntarily at many parts during the film. I know *I* cried a little over the exploitation of these young children, but I don't know if he got teary-eyed over it.
Of course, there were also moments of comedy gold....like when the film showed Ted Haggard preaching about homosexuality.
It is horrifying.
It is an important film for everyone who cares about our country to watch, to fuel our determination that such people will NOT take over the political process.

that's the main annoying difficulty I even have seen on the grounds that..nicely on the grounds that i went to a church. i'm hoping this action picture wakes human beings as much as the youngster abuse those little ones are dealing with. human beings have have been given to surrender doing this to infants. heavily! for the sake of humanity on no account tell a baby with regards to the doctrine of hell. "Any equipment of religion that has something in it that shocks the ideas of a youngster, would be unable to be genuine." [Thomas Paine, "The Age of reason"] "To be triumphant the theologian invades the cradle. in the minds of innocents they plant the seeds of superstition. save infants from the pollutants of this horror." [Robert Ingersoll] "that's a protestant infant. this could be a Hindu infant. that's a Muslim infant. This infant thinks there are a number of gods. That infant is adamant that there is just one. even though it incredibly is preposterous that we try this to infants. they are too youthful to comprehend what they think of. To slap a label on a baby at start - to announce, beforehand, as a count of hereditary presumption if not determinate actuality, an infant's comments on the cosmos and advent, on life and afterlives, on sexual ethics, abortion and euthanasia - is a sort of psychological baby abuse." [Richard Dawkins]

I felt sick. How can they do that to their own children? They're killing them inside and ruining their innocence... Twisted, screwed up people.
That little girl they kept interviewing already has some serious mental issues just with the way she moves... did you see how violently hard she was pressing down on that crayon when she was coloring her cross? She's gonna turn into a nutjob some day...
