Yes, it can be and is authoritatively answered by the Bible itself. The answer is a resounding NOOOO!

No, he doesn't. Why did God send angels to Abraham that talked to him about the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah.

Abraham's conversations was something like: if there are 50, 40,30, 20, 10 righteous in those cities will you destroy them? and then the angels went to investigate! That is telling isn't it.

Read the account. Why does God permit people to be tested? To see what is in their hearts? Ohhh, he doesn't know does he!
Deuteronomy 8:2 . . .to put you to the test so as to know what was in your heart, as to whether you would keep his commandments or not.
Deuteronomy 13:3 . . .because Jehovah YOUR God is testing YOU to know whether YOU are loving Jehovah YOUR God with all YOUR heart and all YOUR soul.. . .
etc etc

Thus God knows all the past, and the present, but not the future.

This is a well known logical absurdity of Christianity. Logically god cannot be both omnipotent and omniscient - the two are mutually exclusive. However, being illogical and irrational rarely stops people of faith, who will quite happily believe red is green and get mown down at the next traffic lights.

What kind of God would we have if God did not give choice. Free will. You have a choice just as Satan did. do you not think the most powerful could have shot Satan down. Yes. What kind of God would we have if he would of done that not Loving. God uses evil.... just as he did with the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. He knows who is and who will and what they will be used for. God purpose is always for the best. Witnesses : what do you need to prove who you are? Believe it or not there is a plan. you have it right in front of you. The Bible.
