The Bible. A camel may adapt to its environment, but it remains a camel.
See leviathan, behemoth and tanniyn in the Bible for huge mammals and dinosaurs. You might have to use a Hewbrew dictionary for tanniyn. It's been translated "dragon" and "reptile."
One of the best descriptions of a behemoth is in Job 40:15-24.
You'll find leviathans described at Job 41, Psalm 104:25,26 and Isaiah 27:1, to name a few. In the Isaiah, you will find "reptile," which in the original Hebrew is "tanniyn."

The Bible.
We Christians believe in the evolution, but we believe that different spices cannot change to be totally different spices.
I am interested this subject though. It has never been an issue to me. You do not have to believe everything in the Bible to believe that Jesus is our Savior. What makes me to believe in the Bible record is that Jesus did not change the Genesis record. So if it is not accurate, He did not think it was a big deal.
There are suggestions that the dinosaurs are mentioned in the Bible. The Bible is a record, but it is not the perfect record on what happened in the past.

I believe in the Bible. The God of the Bible created the whole universe and all living creatures on earth including man and dinosaurs. I do not believe that man evollved from monkeys. Is there anything impossible with God? Through God's Word, He can create anything. (That is, if you believe in God).
Did you know that man was a giant before? Genesis 6:4 states: "There were giants in the earth in those days." The Holy Spirit who we talk to confirmed the existence of these giants before.

The Bible - no question. Evolution - the jury is still out on that one. As for dinosaurs, they existed. Just because the Bible does not include a dinosaur section doesn't mean they weren't real.
Cheers :-)

Short answer; the Bible. Long answer; The Bible is mostly about man, not the earth and other creatures. It is meant to be a handbook for us humans, where we came from and why we are here, what our future is, and how we are supposed to live our lives. It only hints about the history of the earth itself. So where the bible is silent, I think we can leave open to interpretation.

Evolution is not a belief in its own right, it is one facet of a complex system involving many different areas of science.
I'm sure Christians would argue that "absense of evidence is not evidence of absense" in the case of the dinosaurs in the Bible. Of course even they overlook the fact that either the dinosaurs were "sinful" and weren't included on the ark and left to drown, or they somehow managed to die out in their hundreds of millions within human history and leave absolutely no evidence in verbal history and stories.
Personally I believe what is more likely - evolution.

Its not necessarily and either/or thing. A movement known as the Clergy Letter Project, signed by 10,000 ordained ministers and priests in America, stated: "We believe that the theory of evolution is a foundational scientific truth, one that has stood up to rigorous scrutiny and upon which much of human knowledge and achievement rests. To reject this truth or to treat it as 'one theory among others' is to deliberately embrace scientific ignorance and transmit such ignorance to our children" Many believe that God has used the evolutionary process of natural selection to accomplish His ultimate purpose for the human family.
Alas ... Both Old and New Testaments consistently support the account of the divine creation of Adam and Eve.

Sigh....the age old question....I believe in evolution, because some ancient book written by a bunch of ancient people does not have any reliability. Think of it this way: you want to know how to cure a disease--which do you go to to find the answer? Something written centuries ago, which will tell you to get on your knees and pray for a miracle or 21st century science?

Dinosaurs are mentioned in the Bible. (Job chapter 40 and 41, read along with Psalms 104 and Isaiah 27). As for who to believe, pretty simple. My Faith tells me that God said it thru the Bible, and that settles it for me. Thanks for the question.
