The Bible angers those who do not understand it.
1 Corinthians 1:25
For the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
Why else would anyone waste their time bashing a book that they think is nonsense?

Because there are so many Bible Thumpers. We must have some balance in the world. You know the Holy Bible is a wonderful work of fiction. It really is, and we should use it as a GUIDE in life, not a political tool. We do get angry when some people use the good book for their own political agenda. Religeon and politics is a very dangerous and slippery road to travel. Look at all the countries throughout history that have tried to do so; they always perish; without exception no matter what the religion/or country.
That's why we must protect sepparation of church and state in the USA.
Whenever someone is losing a debate (argument), they always quote from the Bible in a vane attempt to justify their prejudices; it makes them feel justifyed for their biggotry and hatedred, but what they forget is that if you go further in it's teachings, there are always other passages (which they ignore) to justify their opponents cause. But as long as they have the Bible in one hand, the American flag in the other, and possably an apple pie sitting on the window sill, then their "tradionl family values" are obviosly sanctioned my God and Country. So they must me right ! Yes, right (extreme right).
We should all try to live by the many good things in the Bible and under no circumstances use it for POLITICAL agendas. That in itself is a sin.
And remember what Jusus Christ himself said, "Judge thee not, lest thee be judged."

Our world unfortunately misunderstands the writing of the bible and would rather fight over what they believe is to be what it was written for but miss the true meaning of the bible which is , guidance of how to LOVE. Debating on the different interpretations of the words written brings out the worse, and it is a sad fact that many religious cultures encourage hate instead of embracing that GOD is the one and only judge. Bible bashers should redirect their words and actions of hate into a more positive direction for them-self.

Because back in the good old days we used to burn the heretics at the stake.
However, unfortunately these childen of satan are allowed to live and thrive in our debauched age.
But rest contented my friend. We have an eternity with Jesus Christ to look forward to. All these miserable miscreants have to look forward to is an eternity of hell fire and damnation!
Blessed Be The Lord!!

The Bible and the Holy Trinity is the most attacked. The reason is more spiritual than anything else. This was prophesied about, and further proof that it is the last days. Where you find a lot of controversy, usually it is around truth.

Its cause its the holybook with the most amount of controversy.
People can interpret it in many different ways.
For example,
Jesus walking on water.
Could be a miracle,
or it could be a metaphor for good swimmer/good sailor.

Because there are so many fundies who call us evil and want to see us in hell unless we accept their god.
When we point to science as a preferable mechanism to life, they go WAY out of their way trashing science, building monuments to stupidity like the creation museum, and passing laws forcing us to abide by their dogma instead of common sense.
Any more questions?
