I've been with my bf since xmas of 2006. Its been almost 6 month now. He's lost 20 lbs and i've gained 10 lbs. He hasn't dieted and his appitite is still the same (and he eats a lot!) I'm really worried about him because people are saying he doesnt look to healthy. He's always been a bit chubby but for the first time in his life he's looking frail. I do know he works 15 hour shifts and since our relationship he's barely gets any sleep. He went from about 8 hours a day until about 4 to 5. Could it be the sleeping habits? Does lack of sleep cause you to lose weight? Or could it be something else?
