Yes and no. Tuna is pretty healthy for her, but what you don't know is that tuna is VERY high in mercury, so you're not supposed to eat much of it.

Should probably eat canned tuna on some days and fresh tuna on other days.

Technically, it isn't really OK for your daughter 'cause a canned tuna contains certain chemicals like mercury/arsenic that could harm her in later life eventhough adverts keep on insisting that it contains omega 3. Well, it's nice though but just don't let her eat that every day. Hope that helps....

No, I know someone who was eating it everyday and had mercury poisoning. His mom saw behavior changes in him while he was in college and they did many tests and found out he was eating alot of tuna and had a high mercury level in his blood. Also my friend was eating alot of tuna and she had arsenic poisoning. I would definitely have her cutback on eating tuna.

I see nothing wrong with that, I wish I could do something like that, my doctor wants me to eat more fish, it's one of the big sources of Omega 3 fatty acids, good in lowering bad cholesterol.

that's quite bad,mother.you must control her.much tuna unbalances her diet.foods must be taken in alternatively.
