Hi:

Absolutely. Since finding YA, I have found knowledge, uunderstanding, support, and so much more. It is great to speak to people with similar issues, or even to talk about things that have nothing to do w/ issues, just a laugh. I have found friendship, I have learned that there are still people in this world who care, some people that I can help with my experiences that I have been thru, I am no afraid or ashamed to say things.

At lease here, I always feel as if I belong and I am not judged. And I thanks everyone for that.

Be safe and Be well

I've learned about various side effects of medications, withdrawal symptoms, talk therapy, etc. It is great to be better informed but that did not stop or decrease my depression.

It keeps my mind occupied. I'm always learning new things. As long as I don't get too much of a good thing, I think it helps-especially being house-bound.
