she has some type of infection I know it's the weekend so just keep them clean with warm water. Take her to teh vets on monday. You don't want to wait to long but if it's just teh eyes no rush.
Watch her for upper respitory infection.
I wouldn't do anything else but keep clean for the weekend.
You could try to call teh vets and see if they might answer and ask tehm if anything else can be done.

The problem is not due to her being pregnant, I would get her to the vets asap tomorrow, they should be able to give her something for it, keep them clean with cotton wool and water, every couple of hours

it looks like an eye infection
get her to the vet and he will get her the right medication that would suit her and her unborn puppies.

Get her to the vet tomorrow - it sounds like an eye infection.
I would also suggest getting her spayed after this litter. You can't spell pregnant or puppies and you decided to let her get pregnant? Very irresponsible...
