is there any physical element or couple just talk?and get to know each other?i am asking what is it considered in america?any american girl or guy answer me honestly?

I think it is more of a friendship thing...getting to know eachother and hanging out together. Some people do the whole sex thing...under the assumption that it doesn`t necessarily mean they are "together" as a couple or that any commitment is attached to it. I guess it works for some people, but certainly not everyone!

i'm american, life-long.

it's not exactly a set term. it's somewhat vague. but it definitely involves sex, probably. at least if it goes on long enough. it's just that it isn't going anywhere and isn't really supposed to. you're not planning to marry or even stay together long. it's just for fun.

it also may well not be exclusive, so you can non-seriously date (or casually date, we might say) several people at once. but it could be exclusive.

Non-serious usually means you may be sleeping together, but it is understood that you are both open to seeing other people. It depends on how long you have been corresponding.

a non serious relationship in the US, means different things to men and women.

For a man it means sex, but no real relationship.

for a women it means no sex, but a relationship.
